OUR GOALS
What SRTC Is Founded Upon
TEEN TRAINING
We strive to train teens in the art of theater by teaching them basic acting techniques that can benefit them in their future careers, whether that be in acting or other jobs that require public speaking. Our students also learn leadership skills, how to handle sets and set pieces, as well as managing costumes and props.
COMMUNITY BUILDING
In SRTC, we always want to encourage our students to build up one another, to be inclusive of each other, and to make memories that will last forever. One of our core values is that our students would respect their peers, their teachers, and other team members in order to train them in teamwork and in how to be a leader.
GOD HONORING: ALWAYS
SRTC is a non-profit organization that gives all glory to God in everything we do. We accomplish this by praying before performances and practices as well as having a focal point on every retreat where we share positive thoughts and incorporate small group Bible studies. We focus on using our gifts and talents in acting, singing, and dancing to bless others and to honor God.

"Theater is, of course, a reflection of life. Maybe we have to improve life before we can hope to improve theater."
William Ralph Inge
